How has COVID-19 changed the massage experience?
Due to concerns with the spread of COVID-19, there are a few regulations outlined by the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies that all Massage Therapists are expected to follow.
At this time, both the Therapist and Client should be masked at all times; however, I am taken some extra precautions to ensure the comfort of my clients so that you may remove your mask while lying face down and still providing appropriate protection to you and me both. Also as a precautionary measure, I am performing all my work in the face-down position, unless specific work is performed that would require the client to lay face up, in which I am requiring a face-covering to be worn.
As regulated by the State of Colorado, I am performing extra screenings regarding COVID-19 symptoms, this includes taking each client’s temperature.
I greatly appreciate your patience and understanding as well all navigate this uncertain time.

Please make appointments at least 2-hours in advance, and cancel no later than one hour before the start of your appointment. Anyone who does not appear or cancels within the hour prior to their appointment will be charged the full amount of the massage requested.
Massages are offered in the Roaring Fork and Crystal River valleys of Colorado and will take place at the location of the client’s choosing, such as their home, vacation rental, or hotel room with space allowable. For more information on the services I offer, please click here.
What to expect during our first appointment:
First appointments typically begin with a brief consultation, particularly regarding any health history that is related to massage therapy, so expect to fill out a small amount of paperwork. We will also discuss your expectations from our session, as well as any areas you may like particular work.
With any in-home service, I will need a little extra time to set up and tear down my massage table. So, please allow appointments to last about 30 minutes longer than our massage time.
How to get the most out of your massage:
Try to drink plenty of water during the days before and after your massage appointment.
Be as open to the process as you can. Relax and try to let your thoughts go. One way to do this is to focus on how the touch or technique feels.
Remember to breathe, as this helps you relax. Sometimes people hold their breath when a sensitive area is massaged, but it is best to breathe through it.
